Why science-fiction? This genre is relatively new to us, since we’ve always been evolving in realms of fantasy. But other stars, other galaxies, other corners of the universe never ceased to call to us. Because the universe is vast and beautiful, and new things are discovered in it every day.

While we probably aren’t the most avid readers in the genre, we find inspiration in recent news and discoveries, such as the Laniakea supercluster in 2014. Being part of something as huge is humbling and amazing all at once. And this is where our imagination kicks in, supplying scenarios for intergalactic wars and alliances that include Earth without singling it out. Because our home planet is no bigger than an atom in the ever-expanding universe.
